I am so sorry I have not been a good steward about getting these up. But, finally, here they are.
Some of these are closer than others. If you have any questions (or corrections), please let me know.
Anybody have “Does Your Heart Break?”

This is wonderful, do you have any of the other songs from the Lent albulm?
Thanks!
Thank you so much! I love their music. They played with Matt Maher here in Walnut Creek Ca. in April.
Thanks for these. I had done a chart for ‘Hands and Feet’ you may be interested in. It has a few additions to your chords.

The third chord of the intro/verse, in the piano part, the left hand adds a F, which makes it a Db/Ab, not an Absus.
Likewise the 4th chord of the prechorus is not an Abm (which would be a weird chord in a song that was in Db), but rather Dbmaj7/Ab.
And then in the chorus, the Abm on heart is a Db/Ab, and then the Fm on bring is actually a Db/F.
